Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product and customization level. Stock models: 20-50 units. Private label (your brand on existing models): 100 units. Custom colors: 200 units. Full product modification: 300 units. Contact us for exact MOQ for your specific requirements.
Can I mix different models in one order?
Yes. You can combine different SKUs to meet the total MOQ. For example, order 50 water hose reels and 50 air hose reels for a 100-unit mixed container.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Sample orders ship within 7 days for stock models. Custom samples take 14-21 days depending on modification complexity. Sample cost is refunded with your first bulk order.
Customization & Branding
Can you put my brand/logo on the products?
Yes. We offer silk-screen printing, hot stamping, laser engraving, and in-mold labeling for permanent branding. MOQ for custom branding starts at 100 units.
Can you match a specific color (Pantone)?
Yes. We match Pantone colors for housings, brackets, and accessories. MOQ for custom colors is 200 units. Color matching takes 5-7 working days including sample approval.
Can you design custom packaging?
Yes. Our design team can create retail-ready packaging, plain brown boxes, or display packaging to your specifications. Packaging design is included with orders of 100+ units.
Shipping & Logistics
What shipping terms do you offer?
FOB (Shanghai/Ningbo), CIF, and DDP to most destinations. We work with all major shipping lines and can use your forwarder if preferred. Standard container loads: 20ft (~500-800 units depending on model) or 40ft HC (~1200-1800 units).
How long does shipping take?
Sea freight: 25-35 days to Europe, 15-20 days to Southeast Asia, 30-40 days to North America East Coast. Air freight: 5-7 days worldwide (for urgent/small orders).
Do you provide export documentation?
Yes. We handle all export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (Form A / Form F), and any required testing certificates (CE, GS, REACH).
Quality & Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
Standard warranty: 2 years on housing and mechanism, 1 year on hose and accessories. Extended warranty options available for OEM partners. Warranty claims are processed within 15 working days with photo/video evidence.
How do you ensure product quality?
Three-stage quality control: (1) Incoming material inspection, (2) Inline QC at each production station, (3) Pre-shipment AQL sampling inspection (AQL 2.5 for major defects, AQL 4.0 for minor). QC reports are shared with every order.
Payment
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight for orders over $50,000. For new partnerships, we recommend starting with a sample order to build trust before larger transactions.
