1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of fdgmtool.com and all purchase transactions with Yongkang Fengding Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. (operating as “FDGM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Orders & Minimum Order Quantity
All orders are subject to acceptance by FDGM. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies by product line and is specified in the quotation. Mixed-container orders may have adjusted MOQ requirements — please consult your sales representative.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted FOB Ningbo/Shanghai unless otherwise specified
- Payment terms: 30% T/T deposit with order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment (standard)
- Alternative payment terms (L/C, D/P) available for established accounts upon credit approval
- Prices are valid for 30 days from quotation date unless otherwise stated
- Prices are quoted in USD; currency fluctuation beyond 3% may trigger price adjustment
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard production lead time: 25–45 days from deposit receipt (varies by order volume and specification)
- Shipping method: Sea freight (standard), Air freight (upon request, surcharge applies)
- FDGM arranges freight upon customer preference; shipping cost to be borne by buyer
- Delivery dates are estimates. FDGM is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, customs clearance, or carrier disruptions
5. Product Specifications
Product images and descriptions on fdgmtool.com are for reference. Due to continuous product improvement, actual products may differ slightly from website images. Specifications are subject to change without notice. Custom/OEM products are manufactured to buyer-approved samples or technical drawings.
6. Warranty
- FDGM warrants products against material and manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of shipment
- Warranty covers replacement or repair of defective parts; does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
- Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence within 14 days of discovering the defect
7. Intellectual Property
All content on fdgmtool.com — including text, images, logos, product designs, and technical drawings — is the intellectual property of Yongkang Fengding Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. or its licensors. For OEM/ODM projects, customer-provided designs and trademarks remain the customer’s property; FDGM claims no ownership over custom designs commissioned by buyers.
8. Limitation of Liability
FDGM’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products giving rise to the claim. FDGM shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or business interruption.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Shanghai.
10. Website Use
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from fdgmtool.com without prior written consent. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
