To serve this demand without compromising quality or delivery speed, FDGM has invested ¥12M in a second production line specifically configured for European-market specifications.

• Capacity: 150,000 → 300,000 units/month for EU-spec reels
• Lead time: 45 days → 28 days for standard orders, 35 days for custom tooling
• Quality infrastructure: Dedicated inline QC stations calibrated to EN 1829 and DIN 8541 standards
• Logistics: Pre-staged container loading area with direct access to Zhengzhou-Europe rail freight

Why Dedicated Lines Matter

Mixing specifications on a single line introduces changeover delays and increases error rates. By dedicating Line 2 exclusively to European orders — including CE marking, REACH compliance documentation, and euro-pallet packaging — we eliminate specification cross-contamination and reduce rework rates to below 0.3%.
